August 11, 2015This historic building is located in downtown Joplin, Missouri and is a short walk to various restaurants, events, and shops. The building is very well maintained, and has great features such as a free computer room with internet, free exercise room with cable television, underground parking garage, and a commons area with enough room for small parties. The commons area features comfortable seating, cable television, and a kitchenette. The apartments are very modern, with a loft style layout.The ...rooms are spacious, closets are roomy, and the kitchen is spaciously laid out. With stained concrete floors, rich dark cabinets and counter tops, and plenty of gorgeous views of downtown Joplin, these lofts are great for anyone looking for a modern, and safe place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
