The Four Gables, originally known as Les Maisonettes, is a boutique apartment building with a glamorous, old Hollywood story and feel. Built in 1927 as a deluxe apartment building, The Four Gables Apartments was designed by famed architect Leland Bryant. Now listed as a City of West Hollywood Historic Landmark, The Four Gables has recently enjoyed a refresh to its finishes and amenities which has infused modern comforts amid old-world craftsmanship. There are only 17 distinct units in this three-story iconic chateau, and its historical French Revival aesthetics have been tastefully upgraded with modern trappings and conveniences, including luxury fixtures and appliances. Ayn Rand is rumored to have lived in the "Owner's unit." The entire property is a designated no smoking/vaping zone.
