I m really happy with the apartment! everything is impeccable. The building is beautiful, peaceful, and so well maintained. The leasing team made the whole process so easy and welcoming. Nice to be at an area near metro and to have the amentities we have. But the fact that they tested alarms without telling us led many to panic and call the FD.

I enjoy living at the Frasier. I will be beginning my second year as a resident here shortly. I appreciate that the management team is friendly and the maintenance staff addresses issues in a timely manner. The location is great with more restaurants and businesses opening up nearby along with being close to public transit.
