Looked nice when moved in but quickly learned the reality. Roach infested. Treated "every other month" but still somehow roaches in every room. Flies in bathroom. Absentee and dismissive landlord. Bathroom has no ventilation. Weird sewage smell from sink and pipes. People like to dump their garbage out front and it sits for days or weeks without anyone cleaning it up. Very thin walls. Appliances older than me. Terrible electrical, the lights flicker if the computer or TV is on. The only good ...

thing about it is the location and friendly neighbors, but it's not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and do not move here.
