      beautiful, and clearly intentionally designed to be a modern addition with respectful acknowledgement of the heritage of downtown Tucson. The common areas are bright and welcoming and cleaned regularly. Each floor has a design theme with each unit's door painted with its own unique visual. The location cannot be beat. I am thrilled to be a short walk away from my favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and musical venues. Can the surrounding atmosphere be a bit loud at times? Sure. But that's downtown living. Invest in a small white noise machine for sleeping and you'll be fine. I love my new home, and I don't see that changing anytime soon!

      Living at this property was a highlight of my time spent in Tucson! I only have positive things to say about living here. I lived in my apartment for a year. I never once heard neighbors or outside noise that bothered me. I felt as if I lived alone in a wonderful building. The walls block most, if not all noise.
