First of all the apartment was in poor condition with mold in bethroom ,very poor kitchen furniture and thin walls which allows you to hear any single step from neighbors and squeeze floor make it even worse . Second problem is bad and unresponsive office staff, which try to avoid uncomfortable questions and may not respond at all . I had a very unpleasant situation. I wrote a massage that I will pay only by the end of lease agreement, and they force me to pay penalty becomes I wasn’t clear to ...

We've lived here for 5 yrs; this year our apartment flooded twice. They refuse to replace the carpet that smells of mildew and sewage! Lots of problem with the upper office staff. Also, maintenance issues that they never fixed/forget/lose... it's been worse the last year that we have lived here. Many bugs, spiders, centipedes, potato bugs, ants etc. I wouldn't waste my money. We bought a home because the experience of living at NCG has made us never want to live in another apartment again, ...

especially when you pay so much money for rent!! They've increased the rent $25-$30 every year. Our advice for others is to get everything in writing and record it, do not trust anybody.

I live in the gardens on the first floor. The entire place flooded. They cleaned the carpet but it still smells like sewage down there. Management is rude and over all place feels dirty. Constant problems with bugs. Also the bathroom is basically in your bedroom. Its awkward if you have guest over or if someone needs to use the restroom when you are trying to sleep. Can't wait to get out of this dump.

The price of a 2 bedroom is good, but it comes with horrible maintenance and repair staff. Also inconsiderate neighbors. I found mice in my 3rd floor apartment this past weekend. Also, if you are a day late on your rent, they start the eviction process, even if you notify them, costing you more money in legal fees! I won't be renewing my lease!
