Perfect
January 31, 2024I recently moved into a 2-bedroom apartment at this Gobi and I am delighted with my new home. The location is fantastic – a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed that making daily living a breeze. I particularly love the dog park and the community pool. The community is well-maintained, and the property manager Patty, and Maintenance manager Tomas are both responsive and friendly. Beauty of a Place
June 8, 2017I was originally reluctant to look at this apartment complex due to some of the bad reviews from before the new management came in, but Maria (the on site manager) assured me I’d like the place. After getting the tour, my fiancé and I were sold. What a great place. Well landscaped and two new swimming pools. The courtyards provide a private, safe and friendly setting for families. Lots of green grass for kids to run around. Our two bedroom unit is clean and spacious with a great view of the ...pool. The on site manager is efficient, professional and friendly. The building is located close to freeways, bus stops and shopping. I would give them a 5 star rating except they don’t have a gym and I love to work out. Surprised improvement
March 30, 2017I've lived in the neighborhood for years and in the past, this place was a dump. But evidently, there's a new owner and new management in charge and... what a difference! They put on new roofs, new flooring, new air conditioners and redid both swimming pools. The new manager; Maria is great and they do repairs promptly.
