This is one of the cheapest apartments on campus….. VERY overpriced. Pay for all your own utilities, laundry, wifi, except water. Landlords don’t respond, rooms not taken care of, no outlet in the bathroom The fridge is pretty decently sized and that’s just about the only compliment I can give them

I don't know how these landlords can be so incompetent. Always late or forgets you are supposed to meet, always promises but never calls you back, etc. Hopefully you never need to contact them because they are the worst at communicating. When they would warn me of an apartment showing at my unit, they would always arrive earlier than disclosed too.

This apartment does have new management, a company called tristan estates. I have had nothing but good interactions with them. They were prompt with replying to me and have an email/text system to contact you. The resident portal is awesome, you can pay your rent through there and submit work requests. Maintenance is fast, within hours And on weekends they have emergency service maintenance. Parking is good but be careful as spaces are small. My neighbors are quiet and it really isn’t a party ...

place. The frat house next door will be annoying if moving in august. They will party loud. Fireworks may go off and we share a parking lot with them but they will calm down pretty quickly. Honestly, since windows are so insulated I can’t hear them. Mail is pretty safe as neighbors will bring them indoors for you or even deliver it to your door, if you’re worried there is an amazon locker at nearby 7/11. Overall, a very nice apartment and I’m happy to rent here.

The landlord is never there for office hours and never pics up my calls. He charged me over 100 dollars because I didn't clean his windows and stove up to his expectations, when the windows I never used or touched. Tub wasn't clean enough for him even though I scrubbed it twice! This place is ridiculous. If I knew I was going to lose that much money in the end I would've never rented from him.

Management is not that great. His matnience people aren't careful with your privacy. I had an incident where they just unlocked my door and walked in without even knocking. They don't notify you 24 hours before they enter your apartment. The way he states things, makes it seem like a lot of things are covered for in rent, but in the end, you get the bill for it and when you complain, he then wants to fully explain what he meant
