Best Apartments I've found in Killeen
February 16, 2024From the office staff, to the maintenance staff, The Grandon has gotta be the best apartment living you can find in Killeen. The office staff is always willing to work with you and will help you through anything you don't understand or are confused on. While the maintenance staff hasn't taken more than day of to fix any issues I've had in the 2 years I have lived here.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2023The apartment complex as a whole is dirty. The photos do not show the quality of the actual apartment which is dirty. They will bait you for the $63 deposit (just let them have it. They need it more than anyone) and try to get you to sign the lease online. DO NOT DO IT! Apartment wasn’t clean prior to moving in. Very small. Odor throughout the complex. Bugs everywhere in the apartment, walls wasn’t fixed, terrible painting, dirty bathroom. I would not recommend. I didn’t even want to leave 1 ...star.Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2013The prices are too high for what you are going to receive. I will admit the location is great. There is usually plenty of parking and never a problem with that. However, the lady that runs this property is so full of herself, not helpful, and if you have a problem about something regarding Grandon Manor she gets defensive and is not very willing to fix the problem. They have pet policies but they're not enforced. There are pitbulls and larger dogs all around the complex. People who live here just ...throw cigarettes wherever and it looks trashy. There are constant parties and noise disturbances. If you have a problem with anyone living near you don't expect Grandon Manor to do anything about it. The appliances and apartments in general are getting older. The apartments are not secure. It's easy to break into the balcony windows.
