This brand new building has some nice looking finishes, but it's still got a lot of kinks to work out, and definitely not move in ready yet. There have been 3 fire alarms triggered (we think due to building defects per the firemen - no actual fires) and a power outage in the last week alone, including one on Christmas shortly before 5am. There is no onsite staff or emergency maintenance available to residents, so when this happens it takes a long time to resolve, with nothing communicated to ...
