tenant have a lot of kids and they always run and jumping all day and night even it midnight make us can't sleep. Even we nicely ask the manager to tell the upstairs to not run too much specially at night time when we trying to get sleep because we got work to go to early in the morning but she just told us that they have kids and that how apartment are. Which she lie because at first she just told us they old couple. Also yes I understand it a apartment but it doesn't hurt to tell your tentant to give a little respectful for the other too.

The manager won't answer her phone and when you try to go above her and speak to the owner, she harasses you with multiple notes on your door and phone calls to your work stating she is the only point of contact for any issue, especially is you have an issue with her. Which everyone does due to her bad attitude and money hungry greediness. It was a very frustrating year for me living there. The place is infested with roaches and they promise to professionally spray which they never do. I will never recommend living there for anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Per the managers own words "I am a queen and this is my empire". So think real hard if living there is worth your hard earned money.
