Yards are not maintained and the hallways are dirty. Many porch pirates stealing your packages. It takes multiple visits to the office to get maintenance to come to our apartments. It seems if we don't complain to the office, our maintenance requests are ignored.

As an adult, one can put up with these things (though it shouldn't be acceptable), but a child shouldn't be in such situations. May 1, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe door knob that was installed is for inside use, not external door knobs. Someone can come along and snap it like it was a toothpick. Also there is no lock for it except on the inside, so I can't use a key to lock from the outside. It is not the fault of the maintenance people. But I would really like a "REAL" door knob on my external door.Property Manager Responded
