It’s honestly getting worse. I get that majority of the repairs aren’t “emergencies” but when they cause bugs and things to appear, it’s a problem. The bathroom door isn’t fixed and it’s relatively important because we need a new bathroom door because the wood is so flimsy it chipped and split at the bottom corners of the door. Also, I would recommend this apartment if the office management were more professional. I’ve been told countless times that an attitude was given because someone would ...
come down and ask a simple question about a simple maintenance request. Whether it’s true or not there’s still a level of professional when it comes to this kind of stuff. Simple changes can make this place so much better. Also also, Liliana is great. She’s pretty much the only one.

Ladies in the office are always helpful also have some great neighbors . The laundry room and pool area is kept clean. Many activities such as park and basketball court for kids.

The community it great just wish the pool was cleaned more but other than that they keep everything clean and updated the staff is extremely helpful and courteous......I love that you live near alot of good stores especially living next to the park for the kiddos

Bigger washing facility with more space the room is cramped. Either busy or machines don’t work. Better cleaning supplies in the gym. Making sure all the dog dispensers have doggy bags. Some are empty and not convenient which they some people don’t pick up after their dogs. More open communication. To specific individuals instead of mass announcements that don’t affect everyone. If there is a problem addressing the person individually with facts and paperwork to resolve the issues at hand. Making ...
sure that the admin of the complex has all their information in order before signing and agreeing to leases only to try and stifle people for money later on things that should haven been managed and dissolved before hand.

The move in process was pretty fast and easy... However bathroom needed some up to dates works and a small AC problem too that got taken care of.
