Management does a poor job of fixing any and all issues. I lived here for one year. Multiple plumbing issues, water leaks, roaches, AC problems. Every month we were dealing with something new or something that wasn't fixed correctly. Building 4. 2bed 2bath

Convinced any positive reviews left on this site were left by persons who do not actually reside at this property. Read the reviews. Do your research. It is tragic that a property with such potential is in ruins due to Barvins lack of diligence or care for any and all of their residents, past signing a lease and collecting their money.

Poor Management, Run Down Apartments and Frequent Property Damage

I've been living here for the past year and there have been so many issues on this property I will just make a bulleted list: -Unresponsive management that has no power to actually fix any issues, says they will get back to you and never does. You have to nag to get things fixed. -Maintenance is constantly changing and does sub par work. You often have to call them back multiple times for the same job because they don't check to make sure its truly fixed. -Car break ins are a norm. There are ...

cameras on the property but they do not check them and say that there is too much footage to go through when a car is broken into. -When my apartment flooded back in February, they did not replace the drywall in my bedroom/bathroom where the pipes burst, nor did they remove the cabinets to assess water damage. I found mold spots on the walls which maintenance painted over instead of taking out the drywall and insulation. -Dog park is poorly maintained, filled with a bunch of holes and poop everywhere. I realize this is from residence not picking up after their animals, but management should address this and get the park cleaned up.

I have lived here with my boyfriend for two years. Please don’t live here, honestly. Our AC has broken 3 times, water randomly has been shut off with no heads up for hours, there’s a different maintenance guy every time we need something fixed (which has been a lot). Our AC was leaking and they just came and shot vacuumed it up instead of fixing it properly. The pool is only cleaned once a week and is often filled with dog hair. I've lived in many different apartments throughout the country and by far this place has the worst management. They will have you come to the office to fill out information for your reserved parking spot, then they will loose that information and tow your car. Also most of the time their not in the office during office hours.

These apartments have been great so far. The staff is awesome and has addressed any concerns very promptly. From time to time, they do fun events like trivia or a dog park event. (Very pet friendly complex.) The parking garage is great to have, although you might have to park on the top level if you come home late. It's usually pretty quiet here and seems safe. It's close to many great restaurants and bars. My only issue is that the rent seems somewhat expensive for a small apartment. The ...
