Brand New Construction! Now leasing for FALL! At The Hamptons, we strive to exceed expectations for our residents and provide an experience like no other student housing community ever has. At The Hamptons we want to go above and beyond for our residents. The Hamptons will have a 10,000 square foot clubhouse full of amenities just for our residents. Between the pool tables, flat-screen TV’s, and the welcoming staff you will want to hang out here all the time! Your clubhouse will also feature study rooms so you can have peace and quiet when you need to focus on your studies. The Clubhouse will be home to The Bamboo Studio, the Cyber Café, Resident Lounge, and tanning beds. You can also see our pool featured here with the longest lazy river in Statesboro! Most student housing communities have a lot of parking lot concrete and no space outside for residents to throw a frisbee, play flag football, or just hang out and study outside. At The Hamptons, we wanted to give plenty of space for our residents to do all these things and that’s why we have several open grass areas. You are going to love having the freedom to spend time outside instead of being stuck in an apartment unit.

Terrible condition - poor maintenance
August 4, 2024The clubhouse is nice, but the units are not. We leased a 5 bedroom and there was evidence of mildew and mold and water stains. Two rooms had water rushing in with drywall bubbling and opening up at seams and wet carpet. We tried to get management to fix, but it has been a week and nothing. The management would lie to me saying manager wasn't there, but he ended up being right there. The manager threatened to have me kicked off the property for trying to get unit fixed. There is no ...place worth dealing with the rude staff. They care about getting rent and not taking care of the buildings. This used to be a nice property.
