Terrible condition - poor maintenance

The clubhouse is nice, but the units are not. We leased a 5 bedroom and there was evidence of mildew and mold and water stains. Two rooms had water rushing in with drywall bubbling and opening up at seams and wet carpet. We tried to get management to fix, but it has been a week and nothing. The management would lie to me saying manager wasn't there, but he ended up being right there. The manager threatened to have me kicked off the property for trying to get unit fixed. There is no ...

place worth dealing with the rude staff. They care about getting rent and not taking care of the buildings. This used to be a nice property. Stay away 8/2024.
