We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with all bills paid (cable tv and high speed internet included). If you’re needing a fully furnished corporate apartment, we have those too! We have a sparkling swimming pool, free covered parking and ornamental wrought iron fencing. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance and have a courtesy officer on site for your peace of mind. The office staff is extremely kind, but their corporate owners are not. My daughter-in-law's mother passed away and during this horrible time, they gave her the run around until they ran out a time restriction. That she was unaware of. Her mother paid a full year in advance and with her unexpected death, the family was planning to use the money that should be returned by the apartments to cover her funeral expenses. The corporate made her jump through hoops until they were able to drop the bomb ...
she now ran out of time. Now that it has been 30 days-they no longer even have to talk to her. and HUNG UP. These are not the kind of people you want to give your money too.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff has been extremely rude and unprofessional with me every time I reach out for assistance with my lease. Specifically, an employee named Jeff treated me with so much disrespect while I maintained a respectful conversation the whole time just looking for help and then he purposely hung up the phone on me.

Great Complex to Call Home

Great complex. Beautiful units, grounds upkept, great management and quick maintenance. Everything is paid here including rent, wifi, electric, gas, water, trash and tv cable. Makes bill time super easy. They are dog friendly which is a plus for me!
