We moved from out of state to Sacramento area and are very happy with the Hayley. The location is lovely, and there is even more coming to the area so there is lots of development in progress which is very exciting. There are naturally some "characters" that occasionally find their way into the area but we always feel safe due to the presence of the security patrol vehicles regularly rounding the area.

how close and accessible the walking path along the river is! We have little to no complaints about the property and management team, they were extremely kind and accommodating especially with an out-of-state move! I think my only suggestion would be better or more frequent trash collection services. The dumpster areas get super overloaded over the weekends and it's difficult to dispose of trash in a sanitary and organized way.
