I love living at The Heights of Worthington Place. The staff are wonderful and very attentive to the needs of the residents. Maintenance requests are responded to in a quick and professional manner. Common areas are kept very clean, and the coffee machine in the Clubhouse is always well stocked. Residents and leasing staff are very friendly. All in all, a great place to live.

I absolutely love living at The Heights at Worthington Place. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings , plenty of windows and lots of storage space. The amenities include a beautiful common area, a roof top gathering spot , amazing flowers, a pool with grills, a workout room and ample parking. There are lots of events planned thru out the year including monthly food trucks, wine and wrap , Girl Scout Cookie day and various contests with great prizes. Most importantly, the complex is very ...
professionally staffed by Bobby and Chris , who are also very friendly and happy to help. The maintenance team is outstanding and very timely . The property is extremely well managed , clean and within walking distance to shopping , restaurants and the Worthington Farmers Market. They are friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about making this place feel like home. I just finished my first year of living at The Heights at Worthington Place. I like living there so much that I just signed up for another year. The location is awesome with lots of businesses, as well as green spaces, you can walk to. And the Columbus area bike trails are very easy to access.
The staff at The Heights is amazing. The team of Erin, Don Juan, Ben and Leon have become "friends and family". Issues are dealt with professionally and quickly. I highly recommend The Heights

I have lived at The Heights At Worthington Place for a year and just signed up for another year.
The location and amenities are amazing. But the main reason I decided to stay another year is because of the incredible staff team of Erin, Don Juan, Ben and Leon. They have become “friends and family”. They get things done efficiently and quickly, always with a smile and great attitude!
The Heights is a great place to live.

Very Helpful Staff and Pleasant Unit

We needed an apartment for six months for an executive transition. The Heights seemed to be just right in location, with great unit layout, furniture rental through Cort and various amenities to be enjoyed. Erin and Donwaun have been wonderful, easy to work with and knowledgeable. I think this will prove to be a great space for both our current and future executive.

Safe place to live

The community managers are really friendly and it's a very secure place. It's a little difficult to direct people into the building but it's worth it to feel safe. Unfortunately the water doesn't get hot, more just warm . Our laundry room also occasionally starts to reek but we haven't brought it up to anyone yet. The hotel style is really nice because it keeps a lot of heat in the place so we don't have to spend as much on electric. Overall a good place to live.
