Don’t waste your time or money.
June 17, 2021Management is horrible. The gates are always open and when they finally closed them they didn’t inform us about the change in passcode so I got locked out and had to wait for someone to leave. We’ve made a number of requests for them to come fix numerous things and they take their sweet time to get back if they even get back. We pay monthly for pest control and they’ve sprayed once in the almost one year I’ve lived here. They finally sprayed this past week Bc of the amount of ants and it’s ...obvious it didn’t work Bc ants can be found everywhere still,sink,beds,counter,pantry. Absolutely horrible and annoying. DO NOT Sign a lease here
March 17, 2021DO NOT sign a lease at the Heritage Apartments. Property is poorly managed. Management does not treat their tenants as customers. Many issues wrong with the property. Management will not tell you that airplanes fly over consistently every day due to the proximity to Randolph AFB. Expect every 2 minutes airplanes to fly over your apartment during the day. Parking lots have extensive damage and are likely to ruin a cars undercarriage. Gates repeatedly do not open or close properly.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible apartments
February 22, 2020Worst apartment experience. If you have another option go with it. We originally had a 1 year lease and thankfully due to misinformation on their end got that shortened to a 6 month lease. decent apartment, not so great maintenance
September 27, 2015I pay under $1000 for a 2 bed 2 bath. It's roomy, and functional. The only downside is maintenance and pest control- we've had HVAC problems 4 times in the 10 months we've been here, and maintenance has always taken their time regardless of the problem. We've also had problems with appliances and plumbing. We pay the complex monthly for pest control, but have never had or seen anybody spray. The office staff is friendly.Review from Apartments.com

January 14, 2013This place try's to hard to be a five star complex, but lacks the knowhow so it will only be a four star place, but if they don't stop all the noisy upstairs people, this place will loss more residents mostly due to monthly prices.
