July 20, 2022If you like extraneous paperwork, registration, fees and a snooty staff. This is your place. If you like way overpriced accommodations that haven't been updated since the 70s...this is your place. Security Deposits
May 23, 2022This places charges a ridiculous 250 security deposit for just an application. They don't even tell you the total amount. They say 50 per person but then proceed with 250$ then the owner tries to play hero and say he'll help on a review, then proceeds to not respond back... very poorly managedReview from Apartments.com
Seriously the Best
April 12, 2017Awesome! I have lived in a few places in Fairborn (The Province which is the most overpriced, UNSAFE, and loud and Arlington Village which was overpriced and very very very cheap) and the Highlands community is the best. Being a college student, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and maintenance with my endlessly busy schedule. Every time there is a minor problem, they are quick to act to make sure that my living environment is comfortable and up to standards. Professional, Conveinent and Great Location
April 10, 2017Can't say enough about this complex! The management and its staff (including the maintenance) are just wonderful!!! Every time I have contact with the employee's is great! They are friendly, concerned about the needs of its tenants and take great pride in the complex. Very quiet living here with tenants who are young professionals, military personnel and families. Great place to live and so conveniently located near Wright State University and WPAFB. Affordable, Convenient Location
October 12, 2015Pros: Affordable, conveniently located between WSU, WPAFB, and a Meijer's. Better apartments than most in the area. Cons: Management enters your apt on a monthly basis (usually with 24 hr notice), and most of the apts are due for updates or repairs.
