June 1, 2025I have lived here for about 10 months and so far do not have any major complaints. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are a decent size. My room feels spacious, and I love how I have a bathroom attached as well. I do have to say all the amenities within the unit need to be updated. I submit a maintenance request every other week it feels like because there is always something broken or malfunctioning. They have even replaced a few items within our unit but they clearly have been ...second hand items that still need repairs. This is very frustrating. May 26, 2025I don't live here yet but you guys have been very nice lol. Love the friendly staff and asking the perosns name when talking to them. I would say after signing my lease everytime I tried to call, nobody answered. I don't know of that's on purpose or not but I would fix that.Property Manager Responded

May 15, 2025Overall, I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is generally responsive and helpful. My only real complaint is that the pool hasn't been open, which is a bit disappointing—especially during the warmer months when it's most needed. It’s certainly a place I’d recommend, especially for those seeking a well-maintained property with a sense of community. The apartments themselves are comfortable and well-designed. I appreciated the modern appliances and the thoughtful layouts that maximize space. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly and professionally, which is a huge plus. The common areas, like ...the gym and pool, are clean and well-kept, adding to the overall appeal. Location-wise, it’s quite convenient, with easy access to local amenities and major roads, making commutes generally straightforward. However, it’s not without its minor imperfections. While the noise level is generally manageable, there are occasional instances of louder activity from neighbors or the surrounding area, which can be a bit disruptive at times. May 2, 2025I wish the hot tub was working more and open during the winter because that would have been fun to gather to. I wish the apartments were updated because I feel like we are always having an issue after the other, but besides that I like the atmosphere of the apartment complex.
