June 1, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for about 10 months and so far do not have any major complaints. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are a decent size. My room feels spacious, and I love how I have a bathroom attached as well. I do have to say all the amenities within the unit need to be updated. I submit a maintenance request every other week it feels like because there is always something broken or malfunctioning. They have even replaced a few items within our unit but they clearly have been ...second hand items that still need repairs. This is very frustrating. My only real complaint is that the pool hasn't been open, which is a bit disappointing—especially during the warmer months when it's most needed. I wish the apartments were updated because I feel like we are always having an issue after the other, but besides that I like the atmosphere of the apartment complex.
