Travis and Phil stay on top of all maintenance requests. I’ve called on weekends about maintenance issues and forgot to actually put in a request and they show up regardless first thing on Monday. Tenant just signed for a second year

Great Place to call Home!
July 22, 2022I've lived here going on 3yrs and I love it! I can't say enough positive and nice things about the staff. They're ALL amazing and I appreciate them! They are good with communication and maintenance is always on top of things... even when they were short staffed. The property is well maintained as they do everything to keep things nice, clean, safe and quiet. I love how it feels like a little community. Clean, Safe, and Affordable!
June 29, 2022Darcy, Travis, Phil, and Trey are awesome! My Father and I have lived here 7 years with no major issues. The staff is quick to do any necessary repairs and is always friendly. They stay on top of spraying consistently, so you don’t have to worry about bugs. The grounds are always kept clean and they make sure to not let a bunch of trash pile up.Property Manager Responded

Think twice about living here.
October 7, 2021I have a lot of positives and negatives for my experience living here at The Hills. Here are my positives: maintenance is AMAZING, they are very quick. The staff is also very great, and helpful. The amenities are awesome as well. On the other hand here are my many, many negatives: we have had kids literally pee on our front door..not once, but twice. These same kids have looked in our cars and will knock on doors and run. People will come and dump even though they don’t live at the apartment ...complex, and the dumpsters will fill up way too fast. There is trash EVERYWHERE, it makes the apartment complex look like crap. The dumpsters are always overfilled, leaving trash everywhere. I HIGHLY recommend driving around the complex before signing a lease, I wish I did. Also, people do not pick up their dog poop…this one makes me the most angry. I have stepped in dog poop multiple times. So if you don’t want to step in dog poop don’t live here. This is one of the main reasons we are leaving the Hills. There are NO cameras outside the buildings, which I wish there was so we can figure out who isn’t picking up after their dog. Please, please think twice about living here. Although the maintenance and staff is great, we do not have the greatest neighbors. People litter, and don’t pick up after their dog! We also have neighbors that will purposely park like an butthole and take up two spaces. We are happy to be leaving The Hills, but it was a nice first apartment…before we realized that we’d be stepping in dog poop all the time and that there’d be trash left everywhere.
