Great place near downtown without downtown prices
August 13, 2015I live in the Bauer and its a very quiet building with pleasant neighbors. The unit has hardwood floors throughout, lots of windows and natural light, and more space per dollar than just about anywhere else this close to downtown. I have never once had to wait for a washer or dryer to be free to do laundry and the maintenance staff is prompt to respond to service calls.Review from Apartments.com
