Elevator never works, car was egged and have only lived here two weeks also no visitor parking area makes it hard for guests to find any parking.

Great hospitality put me in something quick. Very spacious and open floor plan. Most definitely would recommend for family’s or couples thinking about moving to Houston. Also has everything u need around it from grocery stores, to restaurants, to gas stations, schools, churches absolutely got everything u need in a 5-10 mile radius.

It’s been good minus the frequently broken elevator. I would love a power wash in the hall, especially outside my door, some dropped something and it left an oil stain. Not to mention the trash juice that ppl drag ??.
