June 23, 2025Seriously, I've been on the list for over a year for a garage and still waiting on a garage and newer tenants has moved in and gotten a garage before me. I was told a garage would be available in 2 month when the date it's time for my new lease is to start and still haven't gotten it. Very disappointed.Property Manager Responded

May 23, 2025The units are very spacious and open! We’ve been living on the property since it opened and the new management team is the best, always welcoming and addressing everyone by their name. Other places we were referred to by unit numbers which was annoying. Maintenance works hard to keep the property spot and span. As well as no long wait on getting anything fixed in the units!Property Manager Responded

May 9, 2025This place is sad. The alleyways and hallways are nasty even after power washing them. The trash stays overflowing. They don’t fix nothing in a timely manner. The vinyl on the cabinets are coming apart. The drawers are falling, and the staff and maintenance really suck. It’s sad completely sad. I’m very disappointed for them to be new apartments. April 29, 2025For the most part, I love this community. The foul language (from all ages) all over the parking lot is a bit of a nuisance, but something that management is working hard to rectify. The maintenance is prompt, and those gentlemen work so hard to keep the property looking nice. I've made some really sweet friends here.Property Manager Responded

the office lady was very rude
November 27, 2023The office lady was very rude I came in to view a appointment that I booked to see online she didn’t show it to me and I asked about the prices and all I told her that it sounds like it’s was in me and my husbands price range she asked how much me and my husband make a hours I told her and she said oh u don’t make enough won’t qualify remind u she didn’t put no numbers in to anything are nothing to see if I qualified or not I was very disappointed in the service and won’t ever be returningProperty Manager Responded
