January 22, 2026I have not rented in years but have been happy here. They are quick to take care of any issues. The leasing office staff are always upbeat and helpful. Amenities are nice. December 19, 2025We have had a great experience here at the Horizon at Springdale Park. We moved about a year and a half ago. It has been an easy move thanks to the kind people at the leasing office. Beware of the application process
May 20, 2024My experience with the application process was horrible. Please be aware you have to make 3 times the amount of rent per month, it is in VERY SMALL writing towards the end of the application. This is net NOT gross, as I assumed. Mostly, all properties have this stipulation, but income is based on gross income NOT net income. I had multiple email conversations with my licensing agent, and met her in person. Income was NEVER mentioned. I basically paid them $100 view my 3 pay stubs. They refused ...to refund my money. The $100 is for a credit and background check, neither one was done, again I paid a $100 for them to view my paystubs.
