The office staff always provide excellent service and the neighborhood is very nice. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family. The only thing I would improve on is dog waste being left around and sometimes trash can be an issue near the compactor.

Even though I am paying more in rent during this affordability crisis, I am receiving back just as much as I am giving towards my monthly expenses! I appreciate The Horizon CONSISTENTLY CARING AND SHOWING UP FOR ME IN WAYS THAT I DIDN'T THINK WAS POSSIBLE. Every time I turn around there’s a lil perk or asset to assist me with living my best life !

Very nice staff and move in experience. Some tech issues with the tenant portal but it was worked out. Nice apartment, clean and quiet.
Jerred was super helpful with all the pre-move in paperwork and hurdles.

While the staff apartments are good most of the time, the staff is often dismissive of safety and security concerns especially in times of inclement weather.

Love the community it feels like home. Staff is friendly and helpful. Quiet for the most part. I like the fact that there are disposable trash cans for pet waste. Also enjoy dog park.
