I recently moved out of here and I am so glad that I am gone. This place overall I think is very trash and no where near worth the money you would spend if you were to stay here. I had multiple occasions where an overflowed toiled or bath seeped through the floor and into my space and ruin plenty of my nice furniture. The maintenance staff is extremely slow to respond and not very nice to talk to. The walls are extremely then so be prepared to hear literally all of your neighbors. The ones ...
above me through parties a lot and you could hear conversations as if you were standing right in the room with them. They charge you for all these insane fees that done make much sense. Overall was not a great experience for my first time living in the Richmond area. I was really looking forward to living here because of the loft style and the beauty in it but within just two months I regretted my decisions entirely. Never had this many problems renting before until I got here.
