We offer Self-Guided Tours by Appointment Only. Management is useless and does not enforce any rules. There is no staff on site which makes getting a response to phone calls (and emails!) pretty much impossible. And if you do get a response, it's just a bunch of excuses. There is no follow up or follow through it’s a complete waste of time complaining or reporting anything to management. There are A LOT of people here living in one apartment units being loud and rude - the max amount of tenants in the lease apparently does not apply. It's ...
never quiet - loud music all times of day and night, people constantly smoking weed and cigarettes, it's a nightmare working from home here. All types of random people come and go - security is a joke. Also - dogs run around off leash all over the complex so beware if you have small children or are afraid of dogs - no leash law is enforced. There is no care or concern about the residents being happy here - and the pricing is RIDICULOUS and doesn’t include any utilities. RUN AWAY FAST!

Not worth it

Security is non existent in general Random people come and go. There is always partying by the pool until the early hours of the morning. The rent is cheap and it's well located but it's ALWAYS loud. Good luck getting a good night's sleep near the pool. Save your money for somewhere else and live in peace.

HIGH THEFT - multiple cars broken into each week!!!

After reading all the reviews on this complex it’s crazy how no one talking about how bad things are really getting here. We lived here for less than year and will not be resigning because we no longer feel safe & office isn’t doing anything to help protect are cars. When we moved in their was already an issue, but now it’s just getting out of control. It’s expensive to live here, but yet we have NO protection for our vehicles. So if you plan on moving here know that your car will get broken into ...
at some point guaranteed. This complex has a MAJOR ISSUE with vehicles getting broken into at least 3-4 times a week now, my husband truck has been broken into twice within a 3 month time span. Whenever i have talked to the office about this issue, they have literally told me they money is going else where & whoever owns this complex they have other priorities ... your resident are your #1 priority and you cant get security camera’s to help protect our vehicles!? And don’t say your patrol car will do a better job at patrolling I’ve already heard that before and I honestly don’t believe we have a patrol car, for how long we lived I’ve NEVER seen a “patrol car”. Get CAMERAS that actual do their job!!! Ive been told by Melinda that the camera they have don’t record and just pretty much for looks. For how much we pay to live here those camera should work!! Yet, this last week they had the money to replace EVERY light fixture in the complex, which I’m sure was not cheap... so you rather change lights then get actual protection for your resident. So if your thinking about living here, please just beware that your car will most likely get broken into and your better off finding another complex that has protection for your vehicles.

With beautiful walkways, a sparkling pool, and an ever-loving jacuzzi that I refer to as my masseuse, it's hard no to love life at this place. Being a rental property, yes, there are bound to be issues, but such is the game. The staff at The Huntington are always ready to play back by fixing issues very quickly after they arise, be it plumbing, insects, or security. The grounds are always kept up beautifully and the staff is friendly. My dogs (one little, one big), love it here as well as they ...
