Shameful
August 5, 2022Apparently they are now charging monthly parking fees for the open first come first serve spaces. First off, my car has been broken into in this lot, the tight spaces are designed to dent your card, all 4 of my father’s tires were stolen here and my boyfriend’s brother and cousin were held at gun point at the gate. Don’t be charging these fees when it doesn’t meet the value. With the rising costs in rent and now these parking fees, I just find this management to be so insensitive to the ...residents here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
TERRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT
July 5, 2022New management came in and immediately raised rent, with no signs of improving the community. Have had multiple car break-ins and the “locking” gates don’t work on half of the property. Would seriously recommend reconsidering moving in here if it is a thought.Review from Apartments.com
