Tampa Square Apartment
June 21, 2021Manager is cool sometimes but watches you closely. As they have to be a little nosy just to know whats going on around the apartment. But it is his job. I respect him for his hustle. But I also do agree he can be rude at times and talking to him is like talking in a circle. Depends on the repair request. He does his best in repairs. But what can you say. Mickey Mouse work. You get what you pay for. Good size living space with patio/backyard and one car garage. There’s not really a common area in ...the complex itself but has some grass lol Cars parked in front of garages make it insufficient space to drive around it. But can manage. Termites in the building is a rumor. I believe it with the Unleveled decks. Leaning about 3 inches down. Bottom Hollow wood walls on deck too. One knock and it sounds bad. Stick a screw driver. It’s going straight through. Neighborhood is ok but watch your surroundings as always because there’s random people coming up and down the block. Tampa square neighbors are always watching out for each other. Overall I don’t mind what’s going on here. Just wish all the floors weren’t carpet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
