Poor Response Time for Maintence
June 13, 2018They don't seem to care what is going on in your apartment regardless of whether it is an inconvenience to you or your neighbors. They love to find ways to fine you for random things they may not even be your fault. But ask them to fix something? Be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait. Definitely moving out when my lease is up if things don't improve.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
November 20, 2017Let me start by saying that this is a remote management company. The employees work all across the world. It's almost impossible to reach a live person. They took over the building from Garden Homes Management in 2016 and majority of tenants has moved out since then. The renovations that they do is not neat or tidy. My apartment was redone and they work performed was just disgusting. They left plaster everywhere, my closet door was off the hinges and the mirror in the bathroom was just stuck to a ...nail. And then increased the rent. Tenants were asked to pay 2x more than what they originally paid with the other management company. There has been nothing but problems since this company took over managing this building. My family was vacating the apartment due to my husband job relocation. We were given 60 days to vacate (we left before the 60 days) and we come back to retrieve the remaining of our belongings and we find an eviction notice! How do tenants get an eviction notice if they are leaving on their own accord? Management simply said, " the solution is rather simple. Just pay the amount and it goes away". Excuse me?
