I have lived at this property since 2022, and unfortunately my experience has declined significantly since the transition to new management. Over time, I have noticed ongoing issues with cleanliness, security, maintenance, communication, and overall property conditions that have negatively impacted my living experience.

often appears overflowing and neglected. There are also ongoing odor issues throughout the property, including strong smells from pet waste in outdoor and shared areas.
Security has become another major concern. I have personally noticed issues with building access, including side doors being left open or unsecured. There have also been instances of unauthorized individuals entering common areas, which raises concerns about resident safety. Package theft has further added to these concerns.
Maintenance issues have also been frustrating. Problems such as pests, water leaks, HVAC concerns, and general building upkeep do not always appear to be handled with the urgency, communication, or follow-through residents deserve.
There are also concerns with inconsistent enforcement of community policies. Shared areas frequently have strong odors of marijuana and cigarette smoke, while residents are reminded about smoking rules. This creates the impression that policies are not always applied consistently.
The building itself also has very thin walls, making noise from neighboring units easily noticeable and affecting the overall comfort of living here.
Another concern is the frequent turnover of leasing office staff. Constant changes have made communication and follow-up more difficult, creating a lack of consistency for residents trying to address concerns.
My interactions with the current management team have often left me feeling that resident concerns are not always handled with the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and care expected. A stronger focus on communication and accountability would greatly improve the resident experience.
I do want to recognize Brianna, who provided excellent customer service during her time here. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist residents. Her positive attitude and commitment to helping residents were greatly appreciated.
