Most of the residents are very friendly. March 16, 2022I love my apartment and it’s beautiful. I love big windows, plenty of light. Kitchen is great and very nice gas stow. Amenities are great, it’s nice to have club room to entertainment friends. Sauna is perfect for cold weather. And fitness room is great too. Snow have been plowed soon as it started to pile up. I lived in the other places when you can’t get out for two days because nothing is plowed until it’s done snowing. So good job Islander!Review from Apartments.com

March 16, 2022The Island Residences exceeded my expectations for apartment living. We have two large dogs and the Island residents are welcoming of me as well as my canine family members. The property is beautiful with the paths and lake and the many green areas. The convenience to downtown or Wayzata is fantastic! The coffee machine in the lobby is delicious and convenient.
