It’s makes no difference how nice a staff can be if the things I’m paying for don’t get fixed in a timely manner. Two months with no AC ( and all it needs is coolant) and I get the run around every time I ask for answers. Seek different living arrangements than this for your own sake.

They said they will work with us by sending pest control in once a week until it is resolved so hopefully that works out. April 27, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWe had a very bad experience upon moving in because we don't have blinds on three windows, which means we have no privacy. The heater doesn't work, and we were cold during the last snowfall, even though I have a six-year-old son and my wife is sick. The hot water doesn't consistently reach the master bathroom; a window frame is broken; a sink is cracked and clogged, and a few other issues.
