Quiet community for families

The office manager is helpful, friendly, and goes out of her way to help the tenants. The community is close to everything schools, shopping, restaurants, and gas stations. HEB is less than two miles away. There is 24-7 maintenance here. One time, at 3 am my toilet overflowed and all it took was a phone call and the maintenance staff arrived quickly and fixed the problem. I recommend living here!

Very quiet here family friendly environment also very clean property. Great neighbors, small community, helpful staff,very close to the highway and alot of great place to eat near by. There a laundry mat here with new washers and dryers also units have great a/c blows cold plus the solar window screen block the sunlight heat great make you save on energy bills

I have been living here since Aug 2017. Love the fact it's small community. Very quiet. Friendly staff always eager to help. Always find away to assist in any situation. Very understanding in any financial situation. I know if I have an issue it will be addressed.

Great place to live! I have lived here with my family for many years more than 20 we love it quiet atmosphere not like other Apartments where you find tenants partying until odd hours of the night you will not find that here . Manager staff is friendly and always says hi when you enter the office maintenance is always on call when needed . Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet nice place to call home and many close restaurants close by.

I recently moved into The Kelly Apartments. The office manager has made herself available for any questions or concerns I have had. The application process was speedy and I had no issues. Maintenance is also always available and has done an excellent job in addressing my concerns or needs for my unit. Highly recommended.

I've lived at the Kelly apartments going on 8 years. Rent was and still is affordable compared to other apartments. The property has been updated, its clean and has great lighting for all vehicles. Quiet and safe community to raise my children. Bus stop is so close to be able to travel if you have no vehicle. Anna the office manager has been very helpful as well with all of our questions!

I have been a Resident for over 7 years. It has been a great Community based experience overall. Family oriented tenants. Quite neighborhood. City Park within walking distance. Bus stop access, hwy interstate 35 access near by. Friendly Office personel and maintenance onsite.

I lived here for over 2 years until moving into a house I purchased. The apartments are close to all the shopping on Zarzamora and SW Military. The bus station is next door as well. The office is open part-time in the evening and maintenance is available when you need them.

These apartments had new construction and look better than they used to. I have been driving by for years and just rented from them. The residents are mostly families with kids and its pretty quiet out here. There is plenty of lighting at night and for the most part its a beautiful property. Bus stop is right there and its a short walk to Zarzamora or a five minute drive to SW Military.

My mother lived at the Kelly Apts 515 Humble a little over a yr ago and i was very very pleased w the apartment manager Kelsey she was very nice, understanding and serviceable in every way.. Its hard to find caring people in this kind of work.
