DON'T MOVE HERE
November 10, 2020On my move-in day, the apartment was infested with fleas and no one would come to the apartment to help me with the issue. I had to flea bomb the place myself before moving my stuff in. Also, very unhelpful and unapologetic corporate office, in particular Krista who showed no remorse or understanding of issues I had this week trying to complete my rent payment. Corporate took three days to return my call and were unwilling to discuss my issues. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere but here.Review from Apartments.com

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
January 8, 2019DO NOT MOVE HERE!! the front office is rude and will find everything in the world to charge you with. i have complained about the pit bull that lives next door to me since i moved in and nobody has done anything but yet they have a “ strict “ dog policy. Also nobody has done or made any effort to fix this roach problem that i’ve had ever since i moved in.. the roaches and sugar ants are coming from inside the walls. overall these apartments are trash and i don’t recommend them to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Noisey, old and residents not appreciated
August 27, 2017I moved here 4 years ago. Apartment was spacious, but being at the front gate we heard the traffic daily. Kitchen appliances, countertops and a few extras were upgraded. Then a cruise line began renting out apartments for their entertainment staff. Every 6 weeks a new group of young adults comes and goes. Most are friendly, but the rest are rude and loud and don't care since they're not really living there. Staff cares more about the cruise line guests being happy than their actual residents. ...Couldn't take the noise, so we transferred to a larger unit (which we had to pay all the fees again even though we were unhappy) to get some peace and quiet. Walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin, can hear the neighbors when they argue, have 'relations', or even use the restroom or shower. The floors in the unit above us creak to the point it sounds like the ceiling will crash in. Dishwasher has mold, we're told it's our fault. Had roaches for 6 months after moving to the new unit, finally was taken care of after their old pest control was discovered only using water instead of the actual pesticide. Breezeways are filthy. Ants are everywhere outside, so their pest control isn't so good. This place is a mess. Can't wait to move. Rents increased to compete with brand new apartments around. (WARNING) Please do not move here, specially if you have a family
July 24, 2016Not even a one star. This place is falling apart every month. Since we have been living here, the grills never work, the pest control is a joke. we have been having roach problems for two years and no one has done anything about it. After notifying the office over and over, they still have yet to take care of this issue. We have a baby and we are as clean as we can be, and asked for a transfer to another location, and they denied and said that we will have to pay. Our personal appliances, ...including our computers have to be thrown away due to the pests. Our electric bill is insane due to the old ac units that currently sit outside. We once had a mold problem. The amenities that they offer are a joke. nothing works and the gym is falling apart. They do not maintain anything, except of the grass and landscape to attract people in. People speed thru this area and gates barely work. There has been several shootings and suspicious activity. August 11, 2015Quiet, gated community. Apartments all have GREAT layouts and Walls are not paper thin. Garbage is picked up in a timely manner. Parking spaces are always available.
