I moved here 4 years ago. Apartment was spacious, but being at the front gate we heard the traffic daily. Kitchen appliances, countertops and a few extras were upgraded. Then a cruise line began renting out apartments for their entertainment staff. Every 6 weeks a new group of young adults comes and goes. Most are friendly, but the rest are rude and loud and don't care since they're not really living there. Staff cares more about the cruise line guests being happy than their actual residents.
...Couldn't take the noise, so we transferred to a larger unit (which we had to pay all the fees again even though we were unhappy) to get some peace and quiet. Walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin, can hear the neighbors when they argue, have 'relations', or even use the restroom or shower. The floors in the unit above us creak to the point it sounds like the ceiling will crash in. Dishwasher has mold, we're told it's our fault. Had roaches for 6 months after moving to the new unit, finally was taken care of after their old pest control was discovered only using water instead of the actual pesticide. Breezeways are filthy. Ants are everywhere outside, so their pest control isn't so good. This place is a mess. Can't wait to move. Rents increased to compete with brand new apartments around. Not worth the price.
