Renters Reviews and Ratings
LOOK ELSEWHERE!! PLEASE!!
August 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in this building for over a while and it was never worth the money. Landlord & management are incompetent. They never respond to emails, texts, and calls unless you threaten them. During my time, the heat did not work for most of the winter, and even though they provided us with space heaters they were not enough to keep a unit warm and constantly cut out the electric, it was FREEZING. The quality and cosmetics of the building are really bad, everything from disgusting dumpsters right in ...front of the building to filthy carpets in the hallway, with chipped and old paint around the building. Other tenants party, and play loud music all hours of the night. Street parking is HORRIBLE. There have been multiple issues with insects, including a swarm of flies that were living inside of the walls of the building that took over my unit and roaches everywhere including the laundry room and hallways. I've seen several units and they are all outdated and really old. My shower floor would constantly peel and expose really old and cruddy tiles underneath and would leak all over my floor but management never addressed this. They do not give proper 24 hours notice before any arrivals, and the maintenance crew is slow and unresponsive. Packages get stolen, and often the front doors are left propped open for hours. Often the fire alarms would go off during the winter and we were forced to stand outside in the cold waiting for someone to arrive and address it. The laundry room is dirty and often some of the machines are not functioning or people leave their laundry in for hours, preventing others from using them. I lived here to save money but really wish I looked elsewhere. The one plus is that the neighborhood is really beautiful and very safe, I grew up close by. Other than that, do not waste your time. PLEASE, not worth it! The landlord doesn't even speak to you if he passes you in the hallway, worst professionalism ever. I hated this place.Read More
Not Worth Your Time, Money, or Sanity
November 14, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for 1 year, and for an entire month during the winter the building did not have heating. Electric heaters were given that tripped breakers and posed to be a fire hazard. Roaches can be found in the laundry area, common areas, hallways, and even in the apartments no matter how clean you are. Tenants in the building are loud and throw frequent parties. Management does not answer emails, texts, or phone calls in the timely fashion, if at all. Complaints are not handled effectively or ...quickly. As for the location, I found it to be a generally safe and friendly area. There are emergency vehicles that drive by frequently at all hours of the day/night. Traffic noise is pretty loud. Parking can be an issue on Sunday mornings and evenings when the church on the corner is in session, but otherwise, it is relatively easy to find a spot. This was a horrible place to live, and I recommend finding somewhere else to live.Read More
