DO NOT RENT HERE
December 27, 2022Do not take the chance of renting here. The maintenance is very poor, I have had black mold in my bathroom since I moved in in may of 2022, and they are just now willing to fix it but putting all the blame on me for not notifying them when I have an extensive back and forth history saved that proves otherwise. They ignore all your maintenance requests. They don’t even walk the property on a regular basis to check for any issues. If you don’t notify them of problems even if they are outside the ...won’t do anything and blame you for not notifying! There has also been flooding in the parking lot at times so deep that it is half way up your chin. And they do nothing for 8 months. I was even told at one point if I wanted maintenance done I would be charged for it. And flat out told after telling them I had black mold that they weren’t going to do anything by the property manager! The management and upkeep are both poor.
