I sold my home in Colorado and started looking for a house in Bellevue, NE.when I couldn't find what I wanted for the right price I decided to rent an apartment. I found the Landings and when I was shown the apartment I was in awe. The carpet was new, the walls newly painted, a cute kitchen with a pantry. The bathroom was larger than my previous house main bath. The bedroom has a walk-in closet. It is just what I need and I'm very happy to call it my home. Also, there is a pool and a 24-7 ...
exercise unit. I am grateful to have found this little slice of peaceful living.

I Love it at the Landings, The grounds are kept beautiful, the Pool has been Awesome,
Maintenance comes so quick when I call, People are very friendly.
Only one down side is the air planes from the Air Force Base fly very close to roof of apartments.

We have lived here for almost a year now and they are fantastic. They work with us to fix any problems we have (my husband forgot his keys) and are very friendly. They have a great maintenance crew that keeps everything running and looking great. Beautiful view and you get the feel of the country and the city at the same time.

The land that this complex is on used to be a horse farm,it still has one next to it. It looks out over rolling acres of farm land which is beautiful in the fall. It's quiet, well cared for, convenient to restaurants and shopping,close to freeways, only 20 minutes from Omaha.
