packages, and the post office closes at 5 so you can never pick up a package unless you take time off from work. A few residents ruin the building for everyone. There is constant trash in the hallways and people do not know how to properly throw out trash down the chute and instead there are piles of trash outside the trash room - very unsanitary esp since they don't bother to seal up the bags. The every day staff are super nice, but the office staff are rude and condescending. Finally the biggest problems are the ventilation system...marijuna is "semi legal" now in that police do not enforce laws. As a result there is a CONSTANT STRONG smell through out the hallway and right into the apartment. I've tried sealing up the apartment door as much as possible, bought all sorts of high end air purifiers nothing works. It is rather embarrassing going to work with your jacket smelling like pot because whatever they are smoking is that strong. Roosevelt Landings doesn't care about any of these problems. I read the reviews before I moved in and thought it was a few people complaining...not so. It is all true and now I learned my lesson and am waiting for my lease to run out.
