Naboirhood seems nice but apartment was not serviced well. Leaks, cracks, loose screws, holes and missing siding. Also the utilities are very old.

I’m pleased to see that new trees have been planted in areas where trees or shrubbery was uprooted. The new property management must have gotten USPS to install a new stand-alone unit of mailboxes for the one that was an eyesore. I’ve had the opportunity to meet with the new property manager regarding some of my concerns, and it was a very pleasant and productive conversation. I look forward to seeing the continuing positive improvements for the property as I continue my residency at The Landings ...

Enjoy the neighborhood, but communication needs to be better with the tenants and staff. I have sent emails with request for wanting to move into a bigger place, billing issues, and maintenance issues. Just got my maintenance issues done after multiple stents.

I recently moved in on Saturday and I don’t have any major things I’m worried about. The balcony has some hornets nests and spider webs that need to be taken care of but other than that it’s a great apartment. My building seems very friendly with one another. My kids and I have been greeted by neighbors and I have seen kids outside playing. As we get more settled in we will explore the neighborhood.
