July 9, 2025This is such a nice complex! I recently visited a friend living at the Landmark and found the place to be exceptional! Manager Jill was very knowledgeable about the apartments and such a nice gal! Very clean and well kept grounds. I want to move in! Wish this place was closer to my office! Wonderful experience
July 31, 2024My wife and I lived here at the landmark for over a year (23’-24’) and had a wonderful experience. Property manager, Michelle, was always very helpful and especially friendly - willing to tend to any needs that we had. Great neighbors and safe community. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking. The only main issue we saw was parking, which could sometimes be tricky if you have more than one car and the lot is full. We knew of people getting towed on a few occasions because ...they couldn’t clearly tell which spots were marked. On both occasions it was over $500 to get the cars back. Just ensure that you’re parked in an unmarked spot and you won’t have issues. I can’t stress enough how safe we felt. Especially considering the San Joaquin area, this was very important for us and we felt safe the whole time we were there. Terrible Apartments
November 12, 2021Apartments are very outdated. Management isn't responsive. Electrical system in every apartment blows put continuously. Parts of the cabinet are falling apart. Courtyards are never maintained. Neighbors are loud and management does nothing about it.Review from Apartments.com
Cute apartments
September 12, 2019I’ve been living here for a few months now and I honestly love the way they have renovated the place! The apartment is cute and cozy and modernized! Staff is easy to work with and the neighborhood is pretty quiet and calm. Seems like things are still be worked on on the outside of the apartment complex that can cause some ruckus but overall really love this apartments!
