January 16, 2026We first moved in on December 31st and then January 1st we found roaches everywhere, the office was closed so we were waiting the next day for the office to open, come open time, we texted the office about it to find out that they didnt open until 1pm from Kayla who read the message that we sent about the roaches and replied back with "the office isn't open rightnow, you can contact back during open hours" to roaches, when she just read the message, knowing that our apartment has kids. About an ...hour later Brianna texted back saying that she apologizes about the issue and that we would be put onto a list for spraying. That was before open hours. A serious issue that should have been dealt with before a family moved in, was pushed to the side by Kayla until it was convenient for her. Now it seems like they're picking and choosing which apartments can have bikes, grills, etc.. on the "shareable space" below the stairs, even with the spaces that aren't shareable.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2025Apartment size is ok for a small family, not much space.And rent is a little too high for an apartment of these sizes. As for amenities it’s kinda bad that we can’t go into the pool after hours even though pool lights are on at night.Property Manager Responded
