May 19, 2025This a great place to live. It is quiet, people here are very friendly and look out for each other. Located very close to anywhere you want to go in tampa. You definitely have a feeling of safety in those community. The staff and maintenance crew are always willing to help out and take care of any problems. October 28, 2024Love the location - issues with move-in. Forced to wait until 3pm to be able to take possession and apartment was still not ready. Even after confirming it would be available several times prior to move in, paint on the door was wet and more work still to do. Very frustrating since we took the day off work and rented a truck which needed to be returned that evening.Property Manager Responded
