So far it has been great living here. The unit is very nice and has a great layout with an amazing balcony. The only issues I have noticed is that our trash isn’t getting picked up with the valet service.

Great management & place to live

If you want the Florida lifestyle with affordability, this is the place. An older community but well kept and very large apartments. The location is central to the highway, downtown and airport. The staff really manages well and is very friendly. They follow policies and laws, as it should be.

THE EVER-CHAOTIC BON VIVANT PARKING LOT

I am writing this review because it is useless to talk to the leasing agents who find complaints amusing and do nothing to fix the problems. Two weeks ago, I had the terrible idea to go there and report a car that was not parked on a visitor's spot. I also mentioned that there have been two cars sitting on the lot that seem to be out of order and are taking up space. She said she would check and get in touch with the tow truck company. To my surprise the same Blue Honda I reported the day before ...
spent the night in a resident's parking space...and this keeps happening. the cars in the pictures have no decal and are both parked in resident spots. If it is not too much to ask, can the leasing office remind residents not to instruct their visitors to park wherever they please and secondly, they should resume services with the tow truck because this kind of situation is very frustrating. We are living such tumultuous times, and home should be the place where we find peace but to be honest< half of the times I am so aggravated when I go the complex. Why can't organize that place better?? It sure has potential.

So far so good, it has been a wonderful experience living in Legacy Apartment homes,location is great with peaceful surroundings and beautiful peacocks around and river view , very comfortable seating arrangements inside the dog park with barbecue grills and shade I am a satisfied resident since 2021

I’ve lived here for over five years and absolutely love it. There’s no place better than this complex. It has beautiful grounds and your basic amenities, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the neighborhood is well taken care of and safe.
