thrown away belongings
February 9, 2026Me and my wife are in the process of moving out as our lease expires at the end of the month. In between trips of moving things, the complex allowed someone to mistakenly claim to be moving out of our apartment and in turn the complex threw away all of our belongings that were till in our apartment. Many things of sentimental and monetary value were thrown away without verification of who actually lived in the apartment. When brought to their attention, we were offered part of our security ...deposit in retribution. We are very devastated and will never see those things again. Please take our experience into consideration when deciding to rent with this complex.Property Manager Responded

January 28, 2026Absolutely the worst place I have ever rented from . The management will not do anything about the person who lives above me who keeps me up all night almost every night . I hate it here and can't wait til my lease is up . The management is incredibly lazy and accused me of just not liking my neighbor which is true now but before I didn't know them I just wanted to sleep . It happened last night again , sounding like bowling balls dropped on my floor. I will bet my life they have damaged that ...apartment to where it all needs to be redone . They broke the toilet and it leaked water all over my apartment for three days . I bet there is mold in the walls , there was gallons of water in the ceiling and the walls . Do you think anyone investigated this ? Absolutely not. I think the office staff is extremely incompetent and racist . The manager told me they can not do anything about how people move around the apartment and say this is normal movement. im getting a lawyer today !Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026I recently moved in and so far have been loving the space in the apartment! It’s definitely quiet out at night only thing I will say some of the street lights don’t always stay on they immediately shut off after attempting to turn on so it gets dark super quick but other than that, very nice apartments and very spaciousProperty Manager Responded
