I’ve lived here for a while and, overall, it’s been an okay place to live, but there are a few things I think could be improved. It can be difficult to reach the leasing office by phone, so better communication would be appreciated. Parking is also limited, and it’s common to have to park several buildings away, especially when trailers or recreational vehicles are using regular parking spaces. I’ve also experienced ongoing noise from neighbors playing loud music, and I wish there was an easier ...
way to address repeated concerns. Maintenance has been hit or miss depending on the request, but I hope consistency continues to improve. This community has a lot of potential, and with better communication, parking, and attention to resident concerns, it could be an even better place to live.

I appreciate the efforts to make updates. Maintenance is fairly speedy. The stairs are a killer when moving bigger furniture in or out since they are narrow, depending on the building. The dog park could be a bigger space since there is a larger field around it but happy to have one!

The pools have been closed for over a month, we pay for them and can't use them, half the gym equipment is broken due to lack of maintenance and they never fix it, but they still charge the rent at the They are great.

I have been here 9 mos and have had to call for pest control in my unit a few times and each time there seems to be no change. Almost like it was never done! I had to spend more money to get my own roach killer. I am not at all happy that my unit was overrun by them before I moved in. I saw them the same night I moved in. In fact my neighbors tell me the previous tenants moved out because of the roach problem. Also very disappointed that the pools have been closed for months and my rent hasn’t ...

I’ve lived in the Lennox apartments since August of 2025 and it has been a very good experience for me.Its really quiet during the evening hours to where I could rest.Giving the amount of people that are here in this community.Its very convenient to area shopping and banking.The maintenance workers are very nice and the few times that I had an issue with repairs that were needed they either fixed it the same day or first the next morning.The management staff are all so very nice and knowledgeable ...
