December 31, 2024Es todo una porquería lleno de basura por todos lados los departamentos infestados de cucarachas ,,la administración nunca se hace responsable de absolutamente nada ,,olor a marihuana por todos lados de día y de noche , día feriados y sábados y domingos gente drogada y alcoholizada por todos lados ,,nada seguro para los niños ,,no hagan la visita para conocer el lugar de día dense una vuelta en la noche y verán el gueto que es este lugar,, si pudiera ponerle -1 estrella lo haríaReview from Apartments.com
Not worth the rent amount
February 20, 2018Property is in ok condition, many tenants don’t pick up after their dogs. Several tenants have a party in the parking lot, glass bottles everywhere next day usually. Apartments are cheaply set up. No adequate closet space for apartment size. Some windows don’t open at all(and you only have 3 total windows). I’m in my 4th washer due to faulty equipment. Have had same toilet clogged up, by no fault of mine. So I will not be renewing my lease here under any circumstance. August 9, 2015Hi apartment building is in a perfect spot just off interstate 75 about one hour and a half away from Orlando and Disney.also three hour from fort luaderdale four hours to maimi.Has shoping two minutes from your door supermarket,pizzeria,thia food,Chinese food,L.A.FITNESS gym.post office hair cutttery,breakfast nook.
