Stains all over the carpets from the garbage pick up. The halls smell. You aren’t given a fob. Only access to doors is through your phone. App has issues constantly. Garage doors are always broken and left open. My car has been broken into 3 times. Apartment complex does nothing about it. They will put notes on your door threatening to take your dog to the pound for barking. The pool area is never cleaned and has a weird color. They never do walk throughs or if they do they just don’t care about ...
the place being clean. I’ve seen roaches in the halls several times. Dog poop in the elevator and halls. I’ve heard that some people have nat issues. We used to have bikes for the trail. Those are gone. The list goes on and on! Pictures attached.
