My roommate and myself are looking for a place in slc. This place had come up. The woman we were in contact with told us someone was moving out that same week and we were the first to see it. The woman rescheduled on us 3 different times and then told us we had to cancel the tour because it had already been rented out. Please don’t give you money to places that have horrible customer services. It’s obvious they don’t care and only want your money.

The Lund is an awesome place to live! Great location, close to bars, shops, cafes and restaurants. Our apartment has so much charm to it with crown molding, a claw-foot tub and French doors our to our balcony.Covered parking, private balcony, on-site laundry are all nice amenities to have. The property manager is really helpful and makes sure that if you need something, it gets done the same day. I would recommend The Lund to anybody looking for a great place to live in downtown Salt Lake City.
