I was shown a model and layout of this place and the location and model weren’t close to what I was told I was getting. So disappointed! Its an old apartment inside that they threw wall puddy on the walls, base boards, and door frames-that were in bad shape. They added a back splash and faucet in the kitchen to make it look modern with low grade new appliances. Ice maker never worked and the fridge was scratched up and it was supposedly new? The residents are extremely loud/messy and the leasing staff are overwhelmed and unresponsive. August 16, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comOverall, I would say the complex is average. Yes, there is a swimming pool but on the weekends it is packed, so to me it is essentially useless. Rent is reasonable and you are very close to just about everything. Tenants don’t take very good care of their areas, so it looks pretty run down, but the management tries to keep it clean.Property Manager Responded
