    The wood floors are decently nice in the apartments. There is a lot of space in the apartment which is great, I absolutely love that aspect of this place. The carpet in the hallway is beat up a little but it's decent for two blocks off state street. It's close to campus as well. Pretty much everything is in walking distance from this apartment. Management is okay and the people here tend to play loud music but it's what you expect in a college town.
