Terrible experience living here.
January 4, 2024The management team is completely unprofessional and indifferent to residents' needs. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, and when they do address them, it's a temporary fix that never lasts. The promised amenities are a joke; the gym equipment is outdated and often out of service. The walls are paper-thin; you can hear every conversation from neighboring apartments, making it impossible to have any peace and privacy. Living here has been a nightmare.
January 4, 2024The management is completely incompetent and disrespectful. They don't care about tenant concerns and are only interested in collecting rent. Maintenance is a joke; it takes forever for them to fix anything, and even then, it's a shoddy job. The building itself is falling apart—constant plumbing issues, mold problems, and the heating and cooling systems never work properly. The promised security measures are laughable; anyone can enter the building without any checks. Don't be fooled by the ...superficial appearance; this place is a disaster waiting to happen. Stay away from this place!
January 4, 2024The management team here is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They couldn't care less about tenants' concerns. Maintenance is a disaster; they never show up on time, and when they do, they half-heartedly attempt to fix things without any success. The apartment was filthy when I moved in, and despite multiple complaints, they never bothered to address it. The noise level is unbearable; thin walls mean you hear every footstep and conversation from neighbors at all hours. The promised amenities are a ...joke; the pool is always closed for 'maintenance,' and the gym equipment is ancient and barely functional.
