March 10, 2025I have experiences a few apartment complexes in the Tampa area and The MAV has gone above and beyond in every way. Previous complexes I’ve experienced don’t care about residents and you’re just a rental payment. This is far from the case at The MAV. Great apartment complex
December 30, 2024I moved to Tampa, Florida, from Washington, D.C., in August and had an apartment fiasco with a different complex. In a stressful situation, I turned to The MAV, and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Tanner and Victoria were incredibly helpful and understanding, making the entire process quick and seamless. The move-in process was smooth, and the community has exceeded my expectations. Everyone here is so kind and friendly, which makes it feel like home. I truly have nothing bad ...to say about this apartment complex. Terrible experience living here.
January 4, 2024The management team is completely unprofessional and indifferent to residents' needs. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, and when they do address them, it's a temporary fix that never lasts. The promised amenities are a joke; the gym equipment is outdated and often out of service. The walls are paper-thin; you can hear every conversation from neighboring apartments, making it impossible to have any peace and privacy. Not to mention, the parking situation is chaotic, with limited spots ...for residents. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a place to live.Property Manager Responded
