      If you are looking at moving, The Mav should be on the top of your list. I absolutely love it here. The apartment itself is great, and the amenity’s and staff are even better. Publix being a two minute walk away is amazing as well.

      I have experiences a few apartment complexes in the Tampa area and The MAV has gone above and beyond in every way. Previous complexes I’ve experienced don’t care about residents and you’re just a rental payment. This is far from the case at The MAV. Any issue or concern I have is addressed immediately and exceeds expectations. You get what you pay for here which I can’t say for any other apartment I’ve been a part of.
